We developed the strategy together with consumer and community representatives.

The strategy provides guidance to achieve the following goals:

listen to consumers and use their feedback to improve person centred care
engage consumers in purposeful partnerships
engage our communities in purposeful partnerships
support consumers to better understand their health journey and make informed health decisions
